General Terms & Conditions for the Magical Hydrangea Plantarium retail new merchandise promotion
1. Promotion
These General Terms & Conditions apply to the Magical Hydrangea Plantarium retail new merchandise promotion (hereinafter to be called: ‘Promotion’) with the new merchandise: Magical garden gloves developed by Magical Marketing BV, Rijneveld 122a, 2771 XR Boskoop, The Netherlands. Participation in the promotion means you accept these General Terms & Conditions.
2. Participation
Participation in this Promotion is voluntary and is limited to one garden centre / florist shop / cash & carry’s and exporter of flowers and plants per entry. The participant in the Promotion must fill in the form on the website www.magicalhydrangea.com. Magical Marketing reserves the right to exclude participants. Incorrect or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Participants will receive Magical’s newsletter. If a participant no longer wishes to receive the Magical Newsletter in the future, the participant can unsubscribe using a button which can be found at the bottom of each newsletter.

3. Duration
The promotion starts on August 21, 2024, and the last opportunity to take part is on February 1, 2025. The winner(s) will be informed by e-mail.
4. General
If for any reason the Promotion takes a different course from planned, Magical reserves the right to exclude participants and/or terminate or cancel the Promotion or suspend the Promotion at its discretion.
Magical reserves the right to amend the General Terms & Conditions, including definitions and other information, or to terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
Personal data collected by Magical in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Magical privacy statement.
5. Liability
Magical Hydrangea (the organizer) is not responsible for technical issues, loss of entries, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the contest. This includes, but is not limited to, network connection failures, hardware or software errors, or situations beyond the organizer's control, such as natural disasters.
6. Complaints Procedure
Participants wishing to file a complaint regarding the contest can do so by sending an email to info@magicalhydrangea.com with a clear description of the complaint, including any relevant details such as the date and time of participation, the equipment used, and a description of the issue.
7. Handling of Complaints
All complaints will be addressed within 14 working days of receipt. Magical Hydrangea aims to thoroughly investigate each complaint and provide a fair resolution. If necessary, the organizer may request additional information from the participant. The decision of Magical Hydrangea regarding the resolution of complaints is binding and final.
8. Final Provision
The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time should unforeseen circumstances make this necessary. Any changes will be clearly communicated through Magical Hydrangea's official channels.
